This course consists 3 hours of language tuition in the morning and cultural activities in the afternoon, resulting in 30 hours per week. The minimum duration of this course is one week, the maximum duration three weeks.
This is a magic moment to learn Italian and get in touch with the culture, because the „Italian way of life“ gets an authentic significance; the noise of the city seems softer, the rhythm of life welcomes deliberate conversations and the exploration of culture and language are more emotional than usual. The mild climate and sunny days will accompany you during your exciting exploration of the Tuscan landscape.
Duration: minimum duration 1 week
Lessons: 3 hours of language course, from 09:30 to 12.30 – the linguistic activities take place in the classroom as well as outside. In the afternoon various cultural activities (visits to medieval town with their cribs, biological farms, dinners in typical restaurants, cultural events, art workshops, etc.) are organized. 1 hour of lesson = 60 minutes. 30 hours per week.

Standard Italian Program
Standard Italian course: For students who are planning to visit our region and/or Italy for the first time. Classes are held in the morning, to give you free afternoon time for excursions, trips and other visits. You can organize your free time by yourself, or ask for the help of the tour operator cooperating with LinguaMia.
The course starts at 9.00 a.m. ends at 13:00 a.m. with a break in the mid morning. Each student will be assigned to an homogenous class based on his knowledge of the Italian language.
Our teaching method is based on the following objectives:
Grammar: We usually start our classes with grammar lessons for about an hour and a half to take advantage of your high level of concentration. We then carry on with the main aspects of the Italian language depending on your level (and interest).
Reading: After the intense grammar sessuion, we usually carry on with a more relaxing hour of reading. Italian is difficult to pronounce and this is why we insist that a correct pronunciation adds value to your knowledge.
Conversation: This is the funniest hour of the class, aimed at preparing students for their afternoon excursions: visiting a museum, or a national park, or just go shopping. It’s better to be prepared for any of therse events and that’s why in our classes you will learn some of the most common daily expressions and phrases.
Textbooks and a variety of other materials are used in instruction, including role-playing, newspapers, magazines and other materials.

Standard Italian course is designed for those students who, while wishing to learn the Italian language in group lessons with other students of the school, wish to have as much free time as possible outside of the school environment in order to fully take advantage of the extensive social activity program, to study independently, or to absorb the Italian culture in the many bars and local meeting places throughout our city.
